I offer a free 10–15-minute telephone conversation, giving us an opportunity to briefly talk about what has brought you to counselling, what you are looking for, and any questions you may have. It is also an opportunity for us to speak and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.
Taking the first step:
My private practice is based in [location].

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly. The fee is £60 per session.

Private Practice:
Counselling sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly, usually at the same day and time each week. Having a regular appointment can provide a sense of continuity and consistency, allowing you to have dedicated space for your therapeutic work.
The fee is £60 per session.
Sessions are available in person at my private practice in [location].
At the moment, I will be working with self-funded clients only.
Cancellation policy:
I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice where possible. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee of £60. I will always consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Planned breaks and holidays:
For ongoing clients, your regular weekly appointment time is reserved for you throughout the year. You can take up to 5 weeks of planned holiday or breaks per year, provided these are discussed and agreed in advance.
I will also give reasonable notice of my own planned holidays and breaks.
